Due to the nature of our products sold (namely Detox Cleanses), we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. As soon as your order is placed we begin preparing straight away which is a delicate process. This also means due to the temperature sensitivity of these products they could not be returned. In the case that you would like to request a cancelation or re-schedule your cleanse please contact comercial@plantshack.es and we will do our best to help! 

The food products offered on this Website will not be subject to the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions pOr article 103, section “d)”, of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Please note the above is applicable for both delivery and pick-up orders due to the limited number of spaces we have available for cleanses each week and cold press juicing process undergone once your order is placed.
